Your Pit Barrel® should not be placed directly on any flammable surface.

Never pour lighter fluid onto hot coals.

RESPECTING THE HEAT

Use paver stones or bricks under the cooker when placing on deck or grass.

Cooking times vary due to elevation. Adjust the bottom air vent per diagram.

NOTE: Intake cover never fully closes.

SETTING UP YOUR PIT BARREL®

STEP 1.

Set up your Pit Barrel in open outdoor area.

STEP 2.

Place cooker on stand with ring facing up.

STEP 3.

Remove charcoal basket and place on ground.

LIGHTING YOUR PIT BARREL®

Light charcoal in chimney for 12–20 minutes depending on elevation.
