Whiskey Peach Pork Loin

WHISKEY PEACH PORK LOIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 3–4 lb pork loin
  • Pit Barrel® All Purpose Rub

CROWN ROYAL PEACH GLAZE

  • 2 oz Simply Peach Juice
  • 2 oz Crown Royal Peach Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup HowToBBQRight Vinegar Sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Light your Pit Barrel® according to lighting instructions.
  2. Trim excess fat from pork loin. Cut in half if large.
  3. Inject pork loin with Simply Peach Juice (1–2 inches apart).
  4. Season all sides with Pit Barrel® All Purpose Rub.
  5. Let rub adhere for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Insert hook and hang pork loin inside Pit Barrel® Cooker.
  7. Combine glaze ingredients in a pan and simmer lightly.
  8. Remove pork loin at 130°–135° internal temperature.
  9. Brush glaze over entire pork loin. Save extra for dipping.
  10. Return to cooker until internal temp reaches 135°–145°.
  11. Remove, rest 15 minutes, then slice.
  12. Dip in leftover glaze and enjoy!
