SMOKED SWEET POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
BEST BURGER DRESSING
- 4 tbsp mayo
DIRECTIONS
- Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
- Place potatoes on 10” Skewers and hang in Pit Barrel®.
- Cook for 1 hour or until preferred doneness.
- Take potatoes off skewers and cut a line through the top. Filled with butter and brown sugar and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
