INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz block of cream cheese
- Oil or butter spray
- Pit Barrel® All-Purpose Pit Rub
- Crackers of your choice
DIRECTIONS
- Brush cream cheese block with oil on all sides and place on foil-covered grate.
- Sprinkle Pit Barrel® All-Purpose Pit Rub evenly on all sides.
- Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
- Smoke for 2–3 hours.
- Remove from smoker and serve warm with crackers.
