SMOKED CAJUN NUTS
This snack will get you hooked on its spicy, smoky flavor!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb mixed raw nuts (or nuts of your choice)
- 2 tbsp avocado, olive, or coconut oil
- 4 tbsp Cajun seasoning (or use recipe below)
CAJUN SEASONING (Optional)
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Mix nuts, oil, and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl. Let sit for 1 hour.
- Drain excess oil.
- If using whole nuts, place in the All-Purpose Hanger Basket and cook for 1½–2 hours until desired doneness.
- If using halved nuts, cook in an oven-safe dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
