SHRIMP & CUCUMBER APPETIZER
Looking for a new appetizer to serve? This shrimp combo will do the trick. With very little effort you can have a fancy little appetizer everyone will rave about.

INGREDIENTS
- 24 shrimp, cooked medium
- 1 tbsp. celery
- 4 cucumber
- 1 tbsp. green pepper
- 1 tbsp. onion
- 2 tbsp. parsley, fresh
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 tsp. creole seasoning
- 1 package cream cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Cut cucumber into 24 slices.
- For cocktail sauce, combine ketchup, 2 teaspoons creole seasoning, onion, green pepper, celery and pepper sauce. In another bowl, combine cream cheese and remaining creole seasoning.
- Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
- Grill or skewer shrimp on the Pit Barrel® for 5 minutes.
- Spread cheese mixture onto cucumber slices. Top each with a shrimp and cocktail sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
