ROSEMARY POTATOES
Potatoes tossed with rosemary and olive oil and lightly roasted make the best side dish for any meal!

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased oven safe 8x8 pan or a cast iron skillet.
- Place in Pit Barrel® for 30 min or until golden brown.
- Serve as a side to one of your favorite dishes.
