PUFF PASTRY WRAPPED ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb asparagus (1 bundle)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 can crescent pastry dough
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
- Trim and clean asparagus.
- Roll out pastry dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place thin slices of cream cheese in the center of each triangle.
- Add 3–4 asparagus spears and wrap pastry around them.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place on grate and cook for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
