POLISH DOGS
Enjoy amazing Polish Dogs cooked on the Pit Barrel Cooker using our brat hanger!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Polish dogs (or hot dogs)
- Romaine lettuce boats
- Pretzel buns
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 jalapeño
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Honey BBQ Sriracha sauce
- Condiments of your choice
- Sauerkraut (optional)
DIRECTIONS
POLISH DOG PREP
- Light your Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
- Load Polish dogs into hanger and smoke until slightly charred.
- Remove from cooker.
ONIONS, PEPPERS & JALAPEÑO PREP
- Slice onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Place in bowl.
- Add tequila and squeeze fresh lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill veggies in pan or over Pit Barrel® in cast iron.
POLISH DOG ASSEMBLY
PRETZEL BUN
- Butter and toast pretzel bun.
- Add grilled veggie mix.
- Place Polish dog on top.
- Top with Honey BBQ Sriracha and mustard.
LETTUCE WRAP
- Place romaine leaf on plate.
- Add veggie mix.
- Add sauerkraut if desired.
- Lay Polish dog on top and drizzle sauce.
