PERFECT GRILLED STEAK
Grill the perfect steak every time with our unique but simple grilling method. Our smoker works for grilling and searing steaks too.

INGREDIENTS
- 1–8 ribeye or other steaks (preferably 2” thick)
- Olive oil
- Beef & Game Pit Rub
DIRECTIONS
- Light your Pit Barrel® according to the instructions.
- Remove steak(s) and let rest until room temperature.
- Lightly coat all sides with olive oil and season with Beef & Game Pit Rub.
- Install grill grate and arrange steaks with space between each. Tip: Oil the grate using tongs and a paper towel to prevent sticking.
- With lid OFF, cook 6–7 minutes per side, or until desired internal temperature is reached (125º for medium-rare).
- Remove steaks and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
