KETO PIMENTO CHEESE DIP
This dip will take your tastebuds to a new state of deliciousness. It's a quick and easy recipe that works for grills, smokers, and your regular oven!

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz sharp shedded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz shredded jack cheese
- 4 oz pimento peppers (or pimento cheese spread for substitution)
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 jalapeño (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Add shredded cheese, pimento, diced jalapeños, green onions, cumin to large mixing bowl
- Combine mayonnaise and cream cheese to mixture
- Add mixture to 8 inch cast iron skilleth
- Light your Pit Barrel® according to instructions
- Place on Pit Barrel® for roughly 20 minutes or until bubbly
- Serve with low carb crisps or chips (or straight with the spoon)
