CORN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of corn drained
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 box Jiffy or homemade recipe below
HOMEMADE CORN MUFFIN MIX
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased oven safe 8x8 pan or a cast iron skillet.
- Place in Pit Barrel® for 30 min or until golden brown.
- Serve as a side to one of your favorite dishes.
