BUTTERY STEAKHOUSE BURGERS
Check out these Buttery Steakhouse Burgers cooked to perfection on your Pit Barrel® Cooker!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 works well)
- 1/2 stick butter (frozen), shredded
- Pit Barrel® All Purpose Rub
- Condiments of choice (Honey Sriracha BBQ sauce recommended)
- Jalapeños
- Tomatoes
- Butter lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Shred frozen butter and mix into ground beef with All-Purpose Rub.
- Form patties and create a small dent in one side to retain juices and shape.
- Season both sides with additional rub.
- Light your Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
- Insert stainless-steel grate and allow to reach temperature.
- Grill burgers, flipping once, until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
