BRUSSELS SPROUTS
This quick and easy recipe is a great way to add some much-needed greens to your favorite smoked meals. It pairs perfectly with our Crab-Stuffed Salmon!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Wash Brussels sprouts, trim the bottoms, and cut in half.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
- Place sprouts in the All-Purpose Basket Hanger and hang in Pit Barrel®.
- Cook 10–15 minutes or until done to your liking.
- Note: 1 lb fills about half the basket. Add more if desired.
