This quick and easy recipe is a great way to add some much-needed greens to your favorite smoked meals. It pairs perfectly with our Crab-Stuffed Salmon!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash Brussels sprouts, trim the bottoms, and cut in half.
  2. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
  3. Place sprouts in the All-Purpose Basket Hanger and hang in Pit Barrel®.
  4. Cook 10–15 minutes or until done to your liking.
  5. Note: 1 lb fills about half the basket. Add more if desired.
