BOURBON PEACHES
The perfect after-dinner treat and dessert to make while your coals are still hot in your grill or barrel. These Bourbon Peaches will leave your friends and family wanting more!

INGREDIENTS
- Fresh peaches
- Raw bourbon smoked sugar (brown sugar may be substituted)
- Your favorite bourbon (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream or crème fraîche (optional)
- Aluminum foil
DIRECTIONS
- If not already lit, light your Pit Barrel® according to the instructions.
- Halve and pit the peaches.
- Form a small foil ring to support each peach half.
- Place peaches on foil rings on the Standard Grate inside the Pit Barrel®.
- Sprinkle raw sugar over each peach. For adults, drizzle bourbon on top (use caution — alcohol may cause flare-ups).
- With the rebar removed, fully seat the lid and cook approximately 20–25 minutes.
- Finish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, crème fraîche, and/or extra sugar.
