BOMB CHICKEN
Try this super easy recipe to give your next chicken dish a bold, flavorful kick!

INGREDIENTS
- 8–10 bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces (thighs and drumsticks work best)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup honey
- Cracked black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, toss chicken with taco seasoning, honey, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Light your Pit Barrel® and bring to cooking temperature.
- Grill chicken until skin develops a nice char. Turn frequently to prevent burning, as the honey caramelizes quickly.
- Cook approximately 15–20 minutes total, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove, rest briefly, and serve.
