BEEF RIBS
Smoked beef ribs are perfect for any barbecue. This recipe will lead to tender, fall-right-off-the-bone results with no hassle. Great for your drum barrel or grill.

INGREDIENTS
- 1–8 slabs beef ribs
- Beef & Game Pit Rub
- Barbecue sauce to taste (KC Masterpiece® Classic recommended)
DIRECTIONS
- Light your Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
- Rinse ribs with cold water and pat dry.
- Season ribs with Beef & Game Pit Rub.
- Insert hook securely into thicker end of each slab.
- Hang ribs inside Pit Barrel® and secure lid.
- Cook for 1 hour, then remove and coat with barbecue sauce.
- Return ribs and cook about 30 minutes until sauce caramelizes.
- Remove, confirm doneness, and slice into individual ribs.
