BACON WRAPPED PICKLE SHOTS
Enjoy the taste of a cheeseburger WITHOUT any burger or cheese....
These pickle shots make great party appetizers that are sure to please a crowd.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb thick-cut bacon, cut into thirds
- 1 package favorite sausage or hot link, sliced
- 1 jar bread & butter or dill pickle slices
- Pit Barrel® All Purpose Rub
- Toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
- Slice bacon strips into thirds.
- Lay bacon flat, add pickle, sausage slice, then another pickle.
- Sprinkle Pit Barrel® All Purpose Rub over pickle shots.
- Light your Pit Barrel® for grilling.
- Place pickle shots on outer grate for 30 minutes.
- Move to center of grate and crack lid; check every 10–15 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Optional: Grill veggies in cast iron pan for extra flavor.
- Remove from grate and place on serving platter.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce if desired. Serve and enjoy!
